Production Time
All our products are handmade and we generally have the popular styles in limited quantities in stock. If we have to make it or it is a custom order, production times will vary:

Shipping
All in stock orders placed online are processed within 2 - 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped.

Packaging
We are happy to include a message in your package and provide a gift receipt upon request.
Watch how we pack an ceramic order below, we take extra care to ensure the safety of your items.
All jewellery items come in a brocade jewellery gift box.
Returns
We do our best to display our unique handmade products accurately however, there will be slight differences in the design and size of the product you receive.
You may email us at hello@chuchu.ca if you want specific photos of products we currently have in stock.
We only accept returns on products that are defective, we accept exchanges within 3 days of notifcation.
Return Policy

| Item is defective (eg. chipped, cracked...), no visible package damage |
Email us at hello@chuchu.ca for a Return Authorization Form within 3 days of receiving product. Product must be shipped back within 14 days, buyer pays return shipping. We will not issue a refund if the item is damaged due to poor packaging or not in its original condition. |
| Item is broken due to damaged packaging by courier. |
Contact the shipping courier to apply for refund of value of item. |
| Item is not as desired, request for exchange. |
